The Victorinox Cutlery 12” Grand Maitre Santoku Knife features a 6.7" forged stainless steel Santoku blade with a satin finish and a blade thickness of 1/8". This full tang Santoku has a rosewood handle with triple rivets. It's 12" overall and weighs 7.3oz. Made in Switzerland.
