Almost definitely made around 1946, we believe this is a vintage Schrade Walden NY Transition Bankers Knife. The tang stamp for the main pen blade reads Schrade [over] Cut. Co. [over] Walden, N.Y. which dates this knife to the 1917 – 1946 era. The tang stamps for the secondary pen blade and the coping blade read Schrade [over] Walden [over] N.Y. which date it between 1946 – 1950s.

It’s in excellent condition with few signs of use, sharpening, or carrying other than some minor discoloration on the nail file. The opening is fantastic with no discernable blade rub. It has stainless steel blades with a mirror polish and a nail file. Finally, there's interesting and discreet file work on the backspring.
