The S. R. Johnson Custom Mammoth Ivory Hunter was made by the legendary knifemaker S. R. Johnson. It has mammoth ivory handles with a flawless fit and finish. There are no signs of use or sharpening. This knife has a wonderful finish with some beautiful file work, a tapered tang, and a great feel in the hand. It comes with a the original leather sheath that is in great condition. The damascus steel used for the blade was most likely made by Chris Patterson of Salina, UT using O-1 tool steel and meteorite.
