The Slim series (a.k.a Effilés in French) are elegant and highly ergonomic. While not made to handle more heavy duty tasks, the No10 can be used as a pocket knife, a table knife, or for slicing fish, vegetables, or fruit. The blade locks open with a Virobloc safety ring, and opens with a nail nick. The handle is made of varnished beechwood wood.
