SMKW Customer Service is available to assist you Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm. SMKW Customer Service can assist you with the status of a pending order, additional product information, warranty information, or other customer inquiries.
Most orders are shipped via USPS within 2 business days of receipt. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and all U.S. territories and possessions are shipped Parcel Post, unless expedited shipping is requested.
SMKW's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
You can return SMKW Merchandise in its original unused, unsharpened condition and packaging within 30 days from date of purchase - for any reason - no questions asked. Original shipping and return costs are not refunded. After 30 days, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Excludes ammunition, all ammo sales are final.
Please call SMKW Customer Service for a return authorization number to expedite your return/exchange. Open Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm EST.
Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned after 30 days from date of purchase, subject to manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to product literature or call SMKW Customer Service for warranty information.
Merchandise is not eligible for return due to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect.
Ammo is non returnable. Your SMKW order includes an invoice and a Return/Exchange form, which includes complete instructions.
