2019 marks fifty years since the Apollo 11 landing on the moon with the Case Astronaut Knife on board, and Case is commemorating the event in NASA history with a new reproduction of the M-1 knife carried during every manned U.S. space flight of the Gemini and Apollo missions.
This knife features a high carbon steel machete blade with a double row of saw teeth along the spine and a durable white synthetic handle with brass pins and a lanyard hole, and the tang bears consecutive serialization etching. Certificate of Authenticity included.
