The Colt® X-1 Tactical Tomahawk is designed to be tough, dependable, and built tolast. Made from thick 1075 high carbon steel with a black coating, the solid full tang construction makes this tomahawk different from all the rest. Other tomahawks, with wood or plastic handles, tend to break after repeated throwing and abuse. However, the solid all metal construction of the X-1 Tactical Tomahawk eliminates this problem. Rounded off with a paracord wrapped handle makes this part of the X-1 not only comfortable to carry but ideal to have in survival, rescue, and military situations
